One of the first year projects for the Network of Schools
was this Web site. Maureen Papke developed the site with
a technical and consultation team from RWJ Medical School's
Media Resources staff. Staff included Carl Preto, media
consultant, who helped us brainstorm the ideas for the website;
Dr. Mohammad Jadun, an instructional designer, helped us
design the website; and Terry Helms, a computer graphic
artist, created and programmed the website. Maureen will
be updating the site regularly using material provided by
SDM/PS staff and from outside contributors. If you have

The Roving Reporter
As part of our web page, and in line with the overall goals
for the Network to create ways for schools to share good
ideas, Erin Bruno, of the SDM/PS staff has taken on the
role of our Roving Reporter.
In this role, she will be looking for new and innovative
ideas developed by teachers, students and parents that could
be helpful to others. Anyone who has or knows of a "good
